  • Permits
    • File all permits at the Adams County Highway Department
    • Driveway Permit
      • Driveway Requirements- 30’ minimum in length, Diameter to be determined by Highway Department
      • Highway will in install
        • $160.00 for 30’ stone driveway – cost covers stone
        • $50.00 for 30’ dirt field entrance – cost covers dirt
        •  $50.00 for every additional 10’
        • Applicant is responsible to purchasing the required size pipe
      • Road Cut Permit
        • $520.00 – Paved Roads
        • $320.00 – Stone Roads
        • Highway Department will cut road
        • Applicant is responsible for back filling roads to County specifications
        • Cost Covers – maintenance and repair after back filled
      • Utility Permit
        • Installing Utility Lines in right-of-way
        • Installing Aerial Lines in right-of-way
